eLearning

Developing training is about learning solving a problem and should itself not be a problem. Below are just two examples of training created to help with different types of job related issues. The first training is to help onboard new teacher mentors to the process that meets mentee needs and the second shows how I used the results or feedback from a training to improve the next iteration. Quality learning is about meeting the needs of the trainee just as much as the needs of the trainer.

Assessment Training

This video provides a walkthrough of an assessment training used twice a year to train the assessment team.

What I was given: Access to the reader guide and the assessment tool. The first iteration had 48 hours until launch.

What I did: The focus here is on the iterative process; using feedback from trainees during the first run, my team and I updated the training to provide better training. Linked below, you'll find the feedback received after the second iteration.

*Note: I was a designer of the assessment tools, and so also served as a SME on this project.
