We're gonna start from where you are and take out the overwhelm of designing or redesigning in a way that's fun and easy by working together in this crazy endeavor.
You don't have to throw the baby out with the bathwater; we'll work to take what you have and what you know and design something new, something exciting, something as high quality as you are. And we'll probably laugh along the way.
You can confidently take the next steps in growing your business.

Who it's for:
Small business owners who need a course or training to solve their problem or the problem of their client.
What are my options?
- Get targeted support.
This is for folks who have some ideas and some things started, but want some feedback or some support for certain parts of the process. Check it out.
- Get support through the whole process.
This is for folks who are overwhelmed and want to work with a partner fully supported over 5-6 weeks to creating a course. Check it out.
I've got a course or program, but...
Who is it for?
Small business owners who have a course or training that needs a revamp. This could be for a variety of reasons, like nobody is finishing the course, or it's not creating the transformation for your clients or employees that you were hoping for.
What's included?
This is a bespoke program based on your needs, and concerns. Each audit will include:
a questionnaire that you'll fill out to determine the needs and plan the audit.
a 30 minute intake meeting.
an evaluation of the audit area.
a list of recommendations for the audit area.
a 30 minute outgoing meeting.
2 weeks asynchronous chat support as you work your way through recommendations.
An audit might include any or all of the following:
a structural evaluation and recommendations
content delivery evaluation and recommendations
content engagement evaluation and recommendations
content application or activity evaluation and recommendations
course arc evaluation and recommendations
re-evaluation with clients

Hi there! I'm Dr. Catrina Mitchum and I believe we can solve most of the worlds problems with creatively designed learning experiences. I've been designing and teaching online courses & trainings for 16 years. I'm passionate about learning that solves problems.
I'm bringing all my years of experience designing and delivering virtual instructor led courses, faculty training, and technology training to a space where it benefits those outside of the ivory tower.
